Konkurs zosta\u0142 zorganizowany przez sie\u0107 M-ERA.NET 3, kt\u00f3ra wspiera mi\u0119dzynarodowe projekty badawcze dotycz\u0105ce nauki o materia\u0142ach i&nbsp;in\u017cynierii materia\u0142owej.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Koordynatorem projektu jest Prof. Gerardo F. Goya (Departamento de F\u00edsica de la Materia Condensada Instituto de Nanociencia y Materiales de Arag\u00f3n (INMA), Universidad de Zaragoza Universidad de Zaragoza, Hiszpania).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Celem wielodyscyplinarnego projektu ROSSCA jest opracowanie innowacyjnego podej\u015bcia terapeutycznego w&nbsp;walce z&nbsp;chorob\u0105 Alzheimera, opartego na zwi\u0119kszeniu aktywno\u015bci enzym\u00f3w utrzymuj\u0105cych r\u00f3wnowag\u0119 redoks w&nbsp;tkance m\u00f3zgowej oraz mechanicznym rozbijaniu szkodliwych z\u0142og\u00f3w A\u03b2\/tau. W tym celu planujemy stworzenie i&nbsp;przetestowanie magnetycznie aktywowanych nanoenzym\u00f3w (MNZ) o&nbsp;podw\u00f3jnej funkcji. Te nanocz\u0105stki zostan\u0105 zaprojektowane do mechanicznego rozbijania toksycznych z\u0142og\u00f3w oraz na\u015bladowania kluczowych enzym\u00f3w przeciwutleniaj\u0105cych ROS, takich jak CAT, GPx i&nbsp;SOD, kt\u00f3re odgrywaj\u0105 istotn\u0105 rol\u0119 w&nbsp;chorobie Alzheimera. Projekt b\u0119dzie realizowany przez mi\u0119dzynarodowe konsorcjum z\u0142o\u017cone z&nbsp;4 partner\u00f3w posiadaj\u0105cych umiej\u0119tno\u015bci i do\u015bwiadczenie w&nbsp;zakresie fizyki i&nbsp;materia\u0142oznawstwa, toksykologii genetycznej, biologii molekularnej i&nbsp;neuropsychofarmakologii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jednostki partnerskie: University of Zaragoza, Saragossa, Hiszpania; National Institute of Biology, Lublana, S\u0142owenia; Instytut Farmakologii im.
