Video Monitoring

1. The Personal Data Controller is the Institute of Pharmacology of the Polish Academy of Sciences (hereinafter referred to as IF PAN), ul. Smętna 12, 31-343 Kraków.
2. A Data Protection Inspector has been appointed at IF PAN, e-mail: iod@if-pan.krakow.pl, tel.: 501-979-962.
3. Monitoring is carried out to ensure safety and order at the area of the IF PAN and to protect people and property.
4. Data recorded by the monitoring system are stored for a period of 14 days.
5. A person whose image has been registered in the monitoring system has the right to obtain information on data processing operations concerning him/her in the scope of: rules for registration and recording of information, rights and obligations of the entity conducting monitoring, rights of persons subject to monitoring by calling 501-979-962.
